Hi, how many calories burned is it for the 30 min. 30 day shred? I cannot find it on the exercise button. Thanks!

    I would log it under Aerobics- High Impact and that will give you a good estimate! Some people use ciricut training, too.

    i have seen alot of people asking this question. But i dont think anyone really know and it depends on each person. I suggest using an heart rate calorie burning watch and that is the most accurate thing to use for you own body

    I've counted it as 20 minutes circuit training...

    you cant go off of other people. I don't have a watch right now but for now i just put circuit training to estimate.

    the most accurate calories burned i've seen is if you log it as circuit training since that's what it is :)

    I logged it in under circuit training since that best describes this routine.

    27 minutes of circuit training......is what I used when I did it last month
