I have one that only calls for 4 ingredients - brownie mix, black beans, water and chocolate chips. My friend made them and she said they were to die for.
Puree beans (15 oz can) and 1 cup water together until smooth. Stir in box of Betty Crocker's Low Fat Fudge Brownie Mix. Pour mixture into greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Bake in preheated oven @ 350 F for 25 mins.
Apparently only 2 points per brownies. Not sure of the calorie count, but it looks pretty low.0 -
