Staying Under Calorie Goal Challenge

I've been exercising a lot, but eating back all (or more) or my exercise calories, and have not lost 1 pound. I know it's ok to eat some back, but I need to be at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Is anyone else up for joining up and keeping each other encouraged and accountable? I want to start posting each evening how many calories I have left. 0 or - is NOT an option. Let me know if you're in! :sad:

Of course, my parents took us out to lunch today, so it's the one day I'm over my calories for this week- can we start tomorrow? ;o)0

Yea!! Glad to have some support. :-) No official start date...so anyone can jump in anytime. I'm starting today. Knowing I have to post tonight has already helped me to cut back on snacking --or reach for a lower cal version. Thanks Ladies! :happy:0

Daily report. (Not one that I'm proud of. Sundays are one of my worst days because I am bored & I snack more than I should.)

Monday- 439 calories left. NOT my typical day- so stressed I didn't eat much, then had bootcamp after work- usually I'm 100-200 under, but I'll take it! Good luck everyone!0

Tuesday- 63 under. Today was a no exercise day, so I think that's pretty good!0

Good job today ladies! :flowerforyou: I had a mortifying weigh in at the doctor--end of day--fully clothed and bloated. :-( Needless to say, I stayed under my calorie goal by 649!! Nothing like a kick in the butt to get me going. Have a great Thursday and thanks for your support!0

Hey ladies! I was just wondering what each person's weekly weight-loss goals are..... I'm aiming for 1.5 pounds a week, and have been losing 2 most weeks. Just thought our "under calorie goal" might be put in perspective if we know some people are aiming for 1/2 pound a week and are REALLY under their calorie goals most days, whereas someone aiming for 2/week might have a tougher time being under calories for the day- right???0

In your settings it will say what your NET is supposed to be. Mine is 750, so no, i do not eat all of my calories. I try to stay between 750 and 900 NET. It's the only way i'll lose weight.
Don't stay under 1200 calories total though, your body needs nutrients to function. Just exercise a bit more and don't eat any junk!0 -

I'd love to lose 2 lbs per week, but have no idea how many calories I need to have (or to be under by). Looks like you've been successful. How much under per day have you been on average?0
