Calories but not the fat?

I am trying to find good healthy snacks/foods that have enough calories that will help me reach my calorie goal but at the same time do not let me surpass my fat/ saturated fat goals. Does anyone have an ideas that could help me out. I have been having 400+ calories left over at the end of the day making my net around 800. Yet the fat is pretty much gone for the day eating healthy/normal. Any suggestions?

    how about some extra lean protein--grilled fish--yea, it does not come in a pretty snack sized package, but still--it works and does the same purpose. Or extra lean roasted turkey---some thing---just stick 2 ouince servings in a snack baggie and keep a bowl of them in the fridge--bammm--snack.

    low fat/fat free yogurt? sorry thats all I can think up right now.

    Protein plus bar. Each bar has 300 calories and 6 grams of fat.
  • Low fat yogurt, sugar free jello pudding, fruits, and vegtables.
