Oats and calories

Can anyone tell me how many calories there are in 50g UNCOOKED oats? I know the packaging carries the info but I am nit sure if that info is uncooked or cooked? For example the package states the 50g of oats with water is 180calories- is that 50g cooked or uncooked - 50g when cooked is about 150g cooked).
Hope someone out there can shed some light
Thanks

My container says 1/2 cup (40g) dry. And it's 150 calories. The calories should still be the same if you are using water for cooking.
I measure out 1/2c (or 40g if I am at home) and I go with that.0 -
What kind of oats are you using? My Quaker Old Fashioned Oats say this 'Serving size 1/2 cup dry (40 g)' .0

I take the Scottish Porridge oats and it just says "50g made up with water". I suppose it would just mean 50g dry then. Thanks for your feedbacks:)0
