I am off out on a family meal to a chinese restaurant, any recommendations on what is the best thing to have?!

I always go for Broccoli Chicken or Steamed vegetables with chicken or tofu (if available). I avoid the rice and anything fried. Egg drop soup is a good choice as well.0

Some chinese resaturants have their menu on the computer, with calories, etc., for some of the items. Type in their name.com and see if they have a site. :drinker: (lots of hot chinese tea!

Steamed chicken and veggies - no sauce - add some soy sauce yourself (sparingly) If they have brown rice, have no more than 1/2 cup. Drink the tea before you eat and a glass of water if you can. :drinker:
