Just looking at HRMs.. a couple of my MFP friends recommended the Polar FT7 one - the cheapest I can find is on Amazon about £67.99 (price depends on colour) - I find it a bit pricey but can those who have this one please tell me how good it is before I jump in and buy one! Or can anyone recommend one that is similar and just as good at a cheaper price (in £££). Thanks! :flowerforyou:

I have an FT7 and love it, the chest strap is comfortable and i find the results to be accurate. I know the FT4 does a similar job to the FT7 and its a bit cheaper so if you wanted it a little cheaper you could go for that option, i see a lot of people raving on here about them as well as the FT7's.

You wont regret buying a HRM though...its great to work out at home and the gym and know exactly what you are burning!

    Good luck :)

That is extremely cheap for that one, usually between $90-$140

I just bought the ft7. I'm trying it out for the first time tonight. The guy at the store said the ft7 records up to 99 work out sessions but the ft4 only records one at a time so you can really track your progress on the watch. That was why i went for the ft7.

    I have a Polar FT40 that I got from http://www.heartratemonitor.co.uk/polar_ft40_heart_rate_monitor.html

It's £77 and the delivery was really quick. I love my HRM. Easy to read and the chest strap is really comfy!
