Geez, my name barely made the list of top 20! Number 20 stinks! Well I did 4.15 miles today. I was trying to get to 10 miles by the 10th, a third of my goal by the 3rd of the month so I can stay on track. I will probably be able to do more now that I have been cleared and I am feeling great. Thanks for the visuals dinos, it really tells me I need to step it up or I'll be bumped right out of the top 20...0

no lunch time walk today but i did get in 4 miles on the treadmill tonight watching biggest loser....kids stopped my recording at 845 and i didnt get to watching it until 915 so i missed 1/2 hr but i walked/ran for all the time i had to watch LOL...

Good morning everyone! Hope march madness is in full gear. My clutch is stuck and grinding but hoping to shift into higher gear soon.
Yesterday I completed 6 miles. Goal 200 I have completed 34.08 to date. I am not even close to my daily goal 6.7. LOL. The weather is breaking so I am looking forward to riding outside.

OK, I'm new (been here a few weeks). I read posts, but don't usually post/reply...I'm not very good at 'putting myself out there' but I'm finding that I keep slipping up with both food and exercise when trying to go it alone. I saw this thread/group and thought perhaps this was something I could do to help stay on track.
I went to the ticker site and created a ticker, but am not sure if I know how to post the code (or even which of the three codes to use) here, so that it's viewable. I'm going to try. If it just shows up as gobbledy-gook code, could someone enlighten me and I'll try again?

For anyone who is following the directions to get a ticker...I found out that you block and copy the 'bbCode' from the ticker site into your Signature here at the myfitnesspal site. Whew!0
