Not really a ton you cant do with 2 weeks.
but what will help:
Eat very clean! fruits, veggies, chicken, seafood, nuts, unprocessed grains
lots of cardio
weight training with high reps, lower weight to give your muscles a full look0 -
30 day shred! Many people have seen results in 2 weeks.0
