I used to LOVE pizza. It is the one thing that I will not eat anymore after seeing the pizza I like was 400 calories a slice. :noway:0 -

I kind of agree with Jennw10. To just say carbs are bad is incorrect...IMO. We need carbs for energy. They article should have been much more specific in saying that right portion sizes of complex carbs is not bad. Obviously, the processed stuff should be avoided, and will contribute to weight gain.0 -

True that we need carbs, BUT we don't need to eat as many servings of them in the form of breads and pasta, which provide loads of calories, sugars and sodium, as we do. There are so many other forms of carbs that are healthier.0 -
