I make mine with frozen cut up bananas, a little bit of ice and dark chocolate almond milk. Sometimes I will add protein powder also. Love Them!

Ok, this is my problem with smoothies... they are delish, but most make more then one serving. How do you store the rest?

Sounds fantastic! This would totally cure a sweet tooth. I am going to try it with Skim milk to shave off a few more calories :)

You can also add a cup (per serving) of raw spinach leaves...it may change the color of the smoothie, but you won't taste it and you'll get the veggie benefit!

my and the 3 i live with are gonna try this tonight.. the only thing I needed to by was the banana's (must count exactly how many bottles of vanilla extract my MIL has in the cabinet LOL)

Maybe I will try it with Strawberries next time..
and yes.. How would we store it? cause not everyone in my house is a choco fan or a banana fan.
their self sacrificing to taste new stuff...but it will generally only be made of me and my niece

I use my magic bullet for single serving shakes.. I use 1 cup milk(skim,or almond milk)
    2-3 ice cubes
    1 scoop whey protein isolate
shot of torani sf raspberry syrup
    1 tbsp ground flax seed
then throw in whatever fruit on hand, mine is usually blueberries

    blend it and go.. yummo

try throwing in a tsp of sf cheesecake instant pudding mix to thicken.. delish
