    Goal Three:work out for at least 30min (Complete- 2 hours)
    Gaol Four: stay under Calories ( complete)
    Goal Fice: something for myself ( hip hop dance class)

    I got 5 out of 5 again...but im logging it late ( sorry) im hours behind everyone

    I'm trying to give up diet soda and boy it's hard. I'd do better with drinking water if it didn't give me heartburn - why does water give me heartburn?
