getting toned and losing body fat!

idk what exercises to do? i am bored with my treadmill workout routine :/ i need to chagne it up! any ideas?? TIA!

    Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is a good one. You can get it at walmart for less than $10. It is only 28 min long per each level and it is a total butt kicker. =)

    Any of the Jillian DVDs are great! They kick your butt, and are well worth it! I have the 30-day Shred, Ripped in 30, 6 Week 6-pack, and No More Trouble Zones.
