    Final weight = 186.5lbs, so that's 1.5lbs lost!!!! I have increased my calorie goal and it seems to have worked!!!

    Weighed in at 214 this morning. 2.5 lbs loss over the last two weeks.

    I received my postcard today from Aveley, England for winning the postcard challenge, thanks Louise it is beautiful!!! And tomorrow I will be sending one from good ole Lancaster, CA once I see who won this contest...good luck all.
