Hi all , I am new here but I want some friends to work out with ' no more trouble zone' with me for 30 days? I want to take a big step for my diet , here is the simple rules

- 5 days a week for 1 month ( 3/12 - 4/12)
- weight once a week
- log in to express and support the group

    I'l do it with you! I did it for the first time yesterday, and it killed me...but, in a good way. I weigh in on Mondays. Is that ok?

    okay- well, my weight today was 152.5. I'll weigh again Monday and then weight each Monday from there on out. Can't wait! Good luck!
