This week's Calorie burn challenge is up. You can put up your own number (2,500, 5,000, 7,500, 10,000) but make sure it something you'll have a tough time reaching.

The formats the same so good luck & be safe!!

My Weekly Goal: 11,000 calories (Equivalent of ~3lbs of fat)
