I'm 5'7" I started at 162. My goal is 140. I'm quite muscular built and lanky, so I think I would be pretty buff at 140.0

I'm 5'9" tall exactly, and I currently weigh 132.6 lbs.
I'm not even sure what my goal weight should be! I have it set on the site at 125 lbs, but I'd be perfectly content with 130 lbs, given my height!0 -
I'm 5'2" and currently just over 150. My goal is 120 - once I get there I'll have to see how I look/feel and decide if I want to get down to 110. I don't really have a date in mind, I've been losing about a pound a week, and as long as that trend continues, I'll be happy.0

Hey. I am 5;5 (actually 5 ft and 5.5 inches)
I started out at 144 about two months ago and was at 137 (last week). I am going to Jamaica in May and would like to be 130 or under by then. My goal weight is 125 and toned.

Hi, I'm 5'5. Just started this journey, SW and CW 130...aiming for 120 but toned...and smaller butt! I don't care so much about the weight number but trying to concentrate on my measurements. i was down to 115-120lbs 1 year after my daughter was born but no muscle definition-looked like a bag of bones...that was 7 years ago. I'm 5'4", 28 years old. My starting weight (on January 1, 2011) was 203 lbs. I'm currently 185. Goal weight is 150 lbs. Once I get there, I'll re-evaluate to see whether I wanna go any lower. (My suggested range, according to BMI, is 116-146.)0 -
Hi! I am 5'6". My start weight was 155. My current weight is 129. My goal weight is 127. Unfortunately I don't know if I will be able to make my goal any time soon, because I found out 2 weeks ago that I am pregnant with #5. LOL!

I'm a tiny bit over 5'8, CW is 195 and GW is 170...although I might aim a little lower so I am closer to where I was in college (155 but looked about 130--incredibly toned and muscular).0

Hi! I'm 5'7. and i am weighing in at 238. I gained 70 lbs with my first. Lost some gained 60 with my 2nd. Lost some of that and gained 50 with my third. I am hoping to lose all of it. lol My goal weight right now is 160. When I get there I may try to get down even lower. Time will tell. I just know that I have given myself a time limit. I have til May 2013 to be back in shape and looking at least nice. lol0

This is a good website to help you figure out where you're supposed to be weight wise... it has many different "ideal" weights... but it may help those who focus on the numbers...

I'm 6' tall, barefoot. My SW was 300lbs. CW is 289lbs. And, my first goal is to lose a total of 100lbs to start.
I'd love, Love, LOVE to be 6' tall!!!!! :-)
I will say, I do love being tall. But, I can never, never find pants or jeans long enough. They always cut off at the ankle unless I have a 36 to 38in inseam.0 -
Hellllooo ladies. I am 5'8" tall and I started at 289 in Sept of 2009. CW is 205. I can't even remeber what my goal weight is set at currently I am thinking that 160-170 is what I would like to get to. A little room for give. 180 is the what I can remember weighing in at Senior year of High School and I haven't worn a size smaller than 10 since freshman year of College. So as previously stated I am not so hung up on Numbers more how about I feel when I look in the mirror and all that jazz.:bigsmile:

I'm 5'10-11ish and I started at weight of 175. My first goal was 150 to get my BMI to the middle of the "healthy range". At the time I was at the upper bound of healthy. Now I'm working on some vanity pounds plus I just want to become more athletic and a better runner so my new goal is 140. 140 seems so insane to me. I think the last time I weighed that little was probably 6th grade.0
