Polenta?????

Ok...I'm going to attempt to make some polenta this week....

Anyone have some favorite ways to use/eat it? And um...it's made with cornmeal, right?! :p

    i love it plain with some tomato sauce and a little grated cheese on top....it's awesome!!!

    well the way I had it quite a while back was not too healthy lol...after the polenta is cooked you cover it with bacon crumples and cheddar cheese and put in the oven until the cheese is ooey gooey...I hear its a great side to any kind of meat or fish tho :) just lightly season like you would any carb (potatoes/rice etc)

    Its made with corn meal... It's good with maple syrup if you like it sweet and lightly salted. yum!
