Does anyone know if this could be true

I weighed myself on a couple of games on the Wii using the balance board and I apparently am 4 ft 9 inches and 94 ibs but I honestly don't see how this could be, I was going to weigh myself using proper scales today but forgot so I am curious as to whether or not you can accurately weigh yourself using some of the fitness games for the Wii?

  • I have very good scales and I weigh pretty much the same on both the wii and the scales :)

I only use wii fit on the wii...

I think the wii balance board is very accurate. I've weighed on doctor scales at the gym and they are always exactly the same. Is this a good surprise for you, or bad? I hope good. Good luck!!

Maybe you need to make sure you are on a hard surface just like real scales?

This is very true. They say to make sure you aren't weighing on carpet.

I checked my weight on the carpet tonight first and it was 93 ibs and then I moved the wii balance board to the tiles and it was 102 ibs so I actually weigh a bit more then I what I originally thought but its ok because now I know whats right.
