    I've been working out 5 to 6 days a week for an hour.

    I usually track my food via phone throughout the day I can't message from there but I do log in, in the mornings to read threads and see how everyone is doing.

    When you go to the Community tab there is a heading below it that says "My Topics" and it will show all the topics you have replied in.
