Ok, I am really new to dieting. So I will be asking alot of questions on here. Here is my newest one:

What is considered one glass of water?

  we measure in cups, as in the fluid measure, not just a cup from your cabinet. 8oz is a cup. I have a 24oz plastic cup I keep at work and fill about 3 a day for 9 cups of water.
