Moist Corn Bread

Hi Everyone,
Looking for a good, moist corn bread recipe. It could be a loaf pan, muffins, etc. Thanks for any help.

P.S. Just finished my 9th glass of water while I typed this....HOORAY!

    Don't know vita tops. Special region or part of the country? Good for you on the water...it's tough for me.

    I use that Jiffy recipe except I use fat free sour cream instead of the milk. I call it corn spoonbread.

    My family loves the Betty Crocker cornbread mix. Works out to be about 135 calories per muffin if you bake 6.
    We discovered the Martha White mix has no flavor.
