    You'll do great! just remember to be honest about logging the foods you eat and the exercises you do, and drink pleanty of water!
    The forums here are a great resourse, if you ever have questions you can be sure that someone will have the answer!

    Take it slow and don't expect it to all happen over night. 1-2 pounds a week is best. Drink your water and move! You don't have to spend hours in a gym just do more than you are doing now. Anything above what you are doing (for me was nothing) is an improvment.

    If you have a bad day or week just get back at it. don't give up!

    Love it! Been going 1 week and lost 1.4kg. Really makes me think about what I put into my mouth
