i appologise in advance if this has been asked already but by the time i'd trawled through all the c25k posts i'd have missed the time i have available to do the work out!!
i'm just starting the program but am struggling to log the calories burnt with it being a mix of walking and running and i can't find it in the database. my HRM is very old (still works) and just a basic model so doesn't record the number of calories.
so anybody any ideas the best way to work them out?

I just log the number of minutes I walked and the number of minutes I ran (separately).0

oh that would have made sense,
i did it the long way round, went onto a running site i used to use, worked out the distance i covered and worked out the mph i did turns out i brisk walk at 4mph for 30 minutes lol0 -
I go by the number that shows on my treadmill, but use the 4mph walk as the exercise.
If you are not using a treadmill then use your math.0
