  • I hope I'm not too late! My weigh-in day is Sunday, so this works for me.

    My current weight is 179.8 lbs & I have a goal weight of 135 lbs.

    Sounds great! Mondays are perfect for my weigh-ins. My current weight is 135 pounds. This should be fun, I love groups and group challenges.. and competition! So hopefully I'll make more of an effort with you guys than I would on my own ;)

    I'd love to join. I have another group who is ending in two weeks on a different site with thursday weigh ins... mondays would probably force me to have better weekends :) I will weigh in first thing in the morning tomorrow and report back!

    Good morning... quick disclaimer- I'm off work today and I usually weight myself there (Dr. office) and I don't think my scale at home is quite as accurate but it is reading at 204.

    Not too happy I only lost 1lb this week as I worked hard but heading in the right direction!

    Gained half a pound last week :frown: ...I say it's muscle...guess I have to work extra hard. It seems like the last month I'll lose 2+ pounds but then the following week I'll gain, but during the weeks I lose, I don't even want to get on the scale because I did horrible and the weeks I gain I feel like I did so good...does anyone else have those problem? But I guess I should be happy that I didn't gain all 4.5 pounds back and only gained half. HAPPY MONDAY!! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!! :bigsmile:
