Gained half a pound last week :frown: ...I say it's muscle...guess I have to work extra hard. It seems like the last month I'll lose 2+ pounds but then the following week I'll gain, but during the weeks I lose, I don't even want to get on the scale because I did horrible and the weeks I gain I feel like I did so good...does anyone else have those problem? But I guess I should be happy that I didn't gain all 4.5 pounds back and only gained half. HAPPY MONDAY!! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!! :bigsmile:0 -
