If you haven't tried this already.. YUMMMMM..... After a workout.. it's cool and refreshing. And since it's frozen.. you have to take your time.
Weight Watchers doesn't count fruit anymore at all. Myfitnesspal does.. so act according.

Love frozen grapes. Have been eating them this way for years now. You can buy a batch of grapes, divide them out into baggies, toss in freezer and pull one out when you want. Very refreshing in the summer!0

I just got a recipe for these where you wash them and toss them in a bag with sugar free jello powder. They are really good especially the lemon ones.0

Mmmmmm frozen grapes, Frozen Strawberries are yumy too, especially if you drop them into some lemonade then eat them after you finish your lemonade, their like a little dessert. Love frozen fruit on hot days!0

At my house we freeze ripe/overly ripe fruit for snacks. Cantaloupes, Honeydews, grapes, peaches, etc... will even buy from the reduced racks just to cut up and freeze. Being so ripes gives the frozen treat extra flavor!!0
