I think it's about that time that I start changing my diet. I'm 28 years old and I feel 50! My back, knees, and feet hurt. I've gained about 30 lbs in 3 years and it just stinks! I'm tired of being heavy and hopefully this website helps me on my weight loss goals. If anyone has any suggestions I welcome them all! Thanks!
