Question regarding the 30 day shred

I'm new to this site and have been doing the 30day shred for the past week, but I don't know how to count the calories burned. Can anyone help?

    General consensus is under "circuit training"

    circuit training or high impact aerobics, about the same burn either way!

    Actually, I put it under "vigorous calisthenics" for 20 minutes - since that's really more the type of exercises Jillian has you doing. Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, high knees, big arm circles - those are all calisthenics, and the calorie count is pretty accurate.

    LOL circuit training gives you one more cal than vigorous calisthenics hahaha
