I've just been looking up meals to have with tuna to get the protein in, and found some yummy looking tuna-cheese melts. I'm just having them on their own but you can have them as a side for a meal too.
6oz tuna
1 egg white, beaten
2 Tbsp oatmeal
2 Tbsp diced onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp mozzarella
salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the mozzarella
Make 2 patties and cook in pan with a little oil
When done sprinkle cheese over and place in grill to melt
Per serving (i think would be 1 pattie) 145 cals, 25.5g protein, 4.5g carbs, 2g fat0 -
Greek yogurt is the bomb, get it plan, and add whatever you like, me I add strawberries, bluberries, and a little cocoa powder.0
