Hi im new to here but as of today am determined to lose a ton of weight accumulated over the past 15 years or so and more recently the extra weight that has decided to deposit itself on me after i having finally given up a 30 a day smoking habit which ive had for 30 years. i dont want to get fed up putting on weight and going back to smoking so here goes. for my birthday i asked for a membership to a gym in a local hotel and am planning to go 3 times a week. cant smoke or eat in the pool either which is a bonus lol
