There's probably no answer for this, but I start going downhill about 4pm or later. I get grouchy and tired. Anyone else get this way? Anyone have any suggestions? My husband says it's because he's coming home from work. But it's happened this weekend too when he's been home the whole time. It's been happening for a long time now. I'm getting tired of it.
Just thought I'd ask.
Thanks
