The most amazing emotional breakdown....
Well at least since my divorce 5 years ago...

It was a whopper!

And to top it off I went over my calories by 500+
:grumble:
Go me!

We all deserve a breakdown once in a while! Don't worry about your calorie crisis today. We can't change the past - look toward the future! Just don't do it again tomorrow! Be happy!

I hear you sister! I'm still going through an emotional break down from my 2.5 year divorce that was final in March. It seems like just having bills and some of them automatically being deducted (which I keep forgetting when) sets me off these days. You are not alone.

Awww B you are going through so much right now...I know it's not easy to have your significant other so far away. My ex husband's deployment was one of the hardest things to cope with...are you connected with your FRG? Definitely find an online support group...or email me or another current or former army wife to talk...I'm here if you need me!

    You are such a sweetie.
I will probably need someone to talk to. It's tougher then I thought....and he's not even overseas yet!
I am not in contact with the FRG, since I live in Idaho and they are all in Washington...I am kinda the outsider. I have an old college roomate who's husband is going over with my fiance. So...we have tried to support each other....but it's tough.
