I use Nature's Own... this week I bought the Light Honey Wheat.. it's 80 cal and 1 g of fat for 2 slices.

I alternate between the light wheat and the honey wheat.. feels like i give myself variety that way

I have also used the WW wheat. But it's very thin.. so I prefer the Nature's Own brand.

Oooh I wish we had those Arnold sandwich thins here ... I love Arnold bread & eat their 100% whole wheat. It's 100 calories a slice so I'm learning to like open face or half sandwiches ... weirdface.gif

One of the best breads and english muffins you can buy is the Ezekial 4:9 brand. One slice of bread is 80 calories. It is made of only wholesome ingredients, no junk.

I like 110 calorie bread. I usually need the calories or I'll be too far into deficit.

But then again, I take that one slice and cut it in half to make two peices for a sandwich.

I use Arnolds whole wheat double fiber bread. 100 cals per slice, but the slices are larger than usual sandwich bread so I use one slice and cut it in half for my sandwiches!

I really don't eat bread very often (no worries, I get my grains from rice, cereals, oats, tortillas, pitas etc). But I usually just buy Dempster's 100% whole wheat. It's 170cals for 2 slices. But like I said, I don't eat it very often.
