    1200cals.
    30mins at CURVES gym
    25 mins Jillian Micahels 30 day shred (LOVEIT)
    30mins walking brisk pace, 2-3 times a week
    I do at least 30min of exercising everyday, a lot of cardio.

    I log EVERYTHING that I put into my mouth also. Remember to log the drinks you drink everyone!! Helped me a lot, but for the past 4 motnhs ive been drinking nothing but water and love it :)


    BTW!! I am only 5'2 lol
