an embarrasing NSV

Options
okay, so i knew but never said it out loud...

but i can now bend over and tie my sneakers without either holding my breath or putting my foot on my knee and tying it sideways - i know some of you can understand this. i was so embarrased about it. i wont even admit it to my DH.

but now putting on my gym sneakers i didnt have to do either!!!

now only if my double chin would find its way to a new home!!! :D

way to go! I know where your coming from on this one. I come up with stars in my eyes from doing shoe etc up unless put across my leg or up on the bed. I even have to pick my shoes very carefully, I love my heels but cant do anything with buckles etc.

LOL! It's an awesome feeling, isn't it? I mean, up until it was possible to do without pain, there are all sorts of rationalizations about why-it-isn't-what-it-appears-to-be, and then, all of a sudden, because of the diet/exercise, it's gone! what an awesome NSV moment!

I reached this mile stone too and never thought anything about it until I could do it!! Made me delighted as well so I totally get the rejoicing! Difference is, I told my hubby!! I call them.."Fat girl getting Skinny" stories, he is amused! and rejoices with me!!

Oh I SO know that feeling. I also know the feeling of a less-than-supportive partner say "I thought you were supposed to be fit" when things like getting dressed made me breathless! Congratulations!
