lula...we are running to the wrong goal. i guess we better turn around and join the rest. LOL.
headed to the gym for my day 2 run. Than home to do housework, paperwork.
tomorrow i am coloring my hair and maybe do a dollar store trip.
Friday, helping son with his trailer. i am stripping contact paper and preping cabnets for painting.
saturday, a showing at the duck pond for scentsy. hope to get some bookings or sales. than back to trailer so DH can help run plumbing pipes.
sunday, not a dam thing.

Good morning!
Well...had a pretty good night last night. Ended up going over in calories...a few friends came over and we ended up grilling some hamburgers. Had corn and pan baked potatoes with it. Was super yummy! Did the Start it Up workout...it felt easy when I was doing it, but I burned a good amount of calories and can feel it in my legs! I will do it again tonight! Hoping to see some results from doing something different!
Plan today:
Food--
B-Berry Burst Cheerios, skim milk, coffee w/sugarfree creamer
S-Banana, breakfast bar
L-FF Cottage cheese, baby carrots, light yogurt, and probably some popcorn
S-Apple
D-Tilapia, brown rice, brussel sprouts
S-?? Probably reduced fat graham crackers
Exercise--
Slim in 6 Start it Up (25 minutes) and run outside with the stroller

couch to a 5K. it's interval training to run a 5K. you start out very slow walk/run for 20 mins, keep moving longer run times through 9 weeks.
i played with new machines at the gym today. soooo fun. where where these machines when we were having the challenge of new exercises? the stair stepper oh my. went 4 flights of stairs in 2 mins and HR was in the 150s and up. what a workout. i am sure my legs will let me know tomorrow.

Hey everyone! I'm a day late, and really haven't gotten on the scale. I will tomorrow morning, and update if it is different. I went to the Dr yesterday to talk to him about my weight, I just really needed some professional advise and to make sure my insides are working in proper order. I have just been so up and down with my weight, its driving me crazy! So I went this morning and had some blood work done to check my thyroid and sugar levels. He said 48 hrs, so I will most likely go for a follow up in the beginning of next week to see the results.
Shanell and Amy S....I am so glad you guys are back, I want so badly to be under 200 too! I am going to a beach wedding in May. I want a hot little body and wear a cute little dress!!

Good evening sixers (well it is for me). Had a pretty decent day today. My trainer comes back tomorrow, so back to the grind of exercising. Made baked BBQ chicken for dinner with mashed tatos and hominy. Probably couldv'e done better, but it was what I had around the house, plus my sweet tatos weren't done yet. So, I am taking one of those tomorrow for lunch.

Good morning beautiful ladies. Well, I am officially sick with almost complete laryngitis (My family doing a little dance) and massive headache. I'm guessing the sinuses are the issue, although they haven't kicked in yet. Daughter had strep throat on Monday which I discovered after getting her home from school (her father sent her), and she had gone to the nurse who had taken her temperature and sent her back to class. NEVER looked inside her throat at all. Well, she did NOT have a fever, but her tonsils were so swollen, red, with pus all over them, you couldn't miss it. Is the "nurse" part in school nurse just a suggestion? Sorry, my little rant for the week.
Anyway, my beautiful baby girl who is 10 has agreed to run a 5K with me in October. I wanted to find something to keep her active through the summer as she tends to love to sit and read (also a good thing). So I snuck her into the gym and onto the treadmill. Her first time, she jogged/walked 3.1 miles in 47 minutes. The second day, she RAN/jogged/walked in 40:25. She was so proud of herself. I may end up having a hard time keeping up with her. I have my time (on the treadmill) down to 25 minutes, but never really done the real road, so that will be interesting.
Anyway, that's my quick update. Back to work and baking for me (I love baking when I'm sick, I can't smell anything). Have a great day ladies. Check in with you later0 -

lula.....i run better on treadmill also. BIG difference than road running. i find it's harder. than it's the other way around for some.
shanell...you need to try butternut squash instead of sweet potatoes, better for you and taste just like sweet potatoes. cook it the same.

what a busy day ahead for me today. i really need to get it in gear. don't know if any exercise will get done. i am fine with that. i will do some walking this afternoon with the girls dropping scentsy books.

Lorna...I think it's FABULOUS what you and your daughter are doing together!! I can't wait until Kadence is bigger and can do those things with me!! Right now I just LOVE it when she's stretching and bending while watching me workout!!
Shanell...I agree with your mom about the butternut squash...but I also love sweet potatos! I let myself eat whatever but in moderation...that is the key I think!
AFM: Had a good night last night. Did day 2 of the slim in six AND got in a 2 mile run outside with the stroller! It was SUCH a beautiful day!! Tonight is my easy night, so probably some ab work and stretching.

Good afternoon,
I think I have forgotten how to workout...I just can't seem to get motivated! And to make matters worse, even though I love her for it, my friend brought in to work today birthday cupcakes for me. They are my favorite strawberry cupcakes with strawberry icing and there are even fresh strawberries within the cupcake. YUMMY!!! I do have better news, my shoulder is getting alot better. I think once I am feeling at least 95% better I will start working out again. I was off work Monday and Tuesday, so I am thinking that those extra 2 days of being off was good for my healing. On Monday, my neighbor and I went for a walk around the neighborhood...it was a gorgeous day!

morning....
another busy day for me. i am getting ready to head to the gym for day 3 wk 1 of C25K. play on the new toys again for a bit.
home change head to sons trailer, strip contact paper and start sanding cabinets. head for for lunch. than back for a bit, than home for a shower and finish dinner. than work on signs for tomorrows things with scentsy.
tomorrow is the scentsy thing at the duck pond and than to the trailer again.
sunday is nothing.
today is my doggies "george" 2nd birthday. last year he was fixed on his first birthday. wonder if they remember those things?
