Wow, those of you who take a whole long list must rattle :laugh:0 -
I take a childrens multivitamin.
With pregnancy prenatal vitamins gave me unbearable headaches so I couldn't keep taking them. Then years later when I wanted to start taking multivitamins I found the same problem, so far the only ones I could tolerate were childrens. They help me out a lot, especially with iron. I do plan on getting some flax seed oil and start taking that, the fish oil scares me as I can not stand fish at all, and don't want to chance any after taste.0 -

I absolutely LOVE the Weight & Inches meal replacement protein supplement shakes! I have both the chocolate and vanilla. They are awesome! Google it. I use water in mine most of the time just to keep my sugar in check. But I have also made it with Vanilla light soymilk.
I also love the Caramel Crunch Protein bars (15g) and the Pure Protein Bar in chocolate deluxe (20g).
Since I am a runner and have had some knee pain the past 6 months or so, I started taking Osteo BiFlex. I also take a Vitamin D supplement, Ubiquinol, and Vitamin C.0 -

do you find this to be a good supplement?
Osteo BiFlex
Yes. I have been taking it nearly a week now and I have really noticed a difference in the way my knees feel. I am running 7 days a week and my knees feel great. The pills are huge, but that's the only downside to this supplement that I have seen.0
