    you started here the day after i did, and i've lost 17 lbs and thought i had done well *L*
    may i ask what you are doing/eating to lose that much?

    edited to add: we even started at same starting weight *L*

    as far as cardio make sure to no less than 45 minutes 5 days a week. i am major spinner, I think it is an overall burn and muscle strengthening cardio. My arms have alot to do with spinning. Also in that, I try to keep my cardio heartrate up for atleast 75% of that time for maximum calories burned!
