I've found that combining a good carb (fiber) with protein always keeps me full. Whole grain crackers and nuts, cheese and fruit, greek yogurt and popcorn. Most of these you can eat for less than 200 calories too, which is the best part!0

What I try to do is eat something small every hour or so. I feel like I eat more now than I ever did... lowfat string cheese, nonfat yogurt, a serving of beef jerky, unsalted nuts (preferably almonds), lowfat cottage cheese + fruit (cottage doubles) etc.0

I love Fiber One bars, they make some that are 90 calories, so yummy, and keep me full for a couple of hours.0

steamed vegetables. At first they didn't keep me satisfied, I thought I wasn't full but it was all about retraining my mind and body to be happy with what I was eating, now I can stuff myself on vegetables and stay full for hours on end.0

Sushi, a california roll is under 400 calories and its a pretty healthy meal for dinner or lunch! i am a seafood freak so sushi is a real treat for me. Just watch out for the cream cheese!
I also find that oatmeal really keeps me full until lunch.0 -
I have been upping my protein and fiber...this keeps me full and makes my body work harder to digest. Absolutely love turkey..low calories and high in protein. Fiber One and Fiber Plus bars are great....Flatout Flatbreads are high in fiber...0
