Eating out HELP!!

Right so tomorrow lunch I will be eating out at a thai restaurant. I have two alternatives: the Thai chicken holy basil or the fish in sweet and chilli sauce. Which should i go for? or would you recommend other alternatives in a thai restaurant....

for dinner I am having a chinese takeaway should I go for: fried rice dishes, egg foo yung dishes chow mein or chop suey dishes. please HELP!!!!

    Wow, Thai food for lunch and Chinese for dinner. all calories aside watch your sodium. That will be a huge downfall for that day. Drink a ton of water and make sure you exercise to get the salt out.

    well saturday is my day out basically. i just want some opinions because i dont want to go for the unhealthy option. So can you recommend some good healthy choices for both cuisines please..
