is it enough to achieve my goal

my goal is to achieve a nice toned body (want a nice flat tummy) and to look nice and tonned every where else

my plan is 3 weight sessions a week cardio after my weight session 15 to 30 mins depending on time i have

3 spin classes a week - 45 mins each

abs work (weighted hula hoop/sit ups/leg raises/planks) not sure how many days a week and where to put my core sessions in

    remember it is your diet that flattens ur tummy more than any exercise!!

    yeah started new diet about two weeks agon loads of protien less carbs x
