I was playing around on here before, and started playing around with my profile. Suddenly, my daily calorie goal went from 1310 down to 1280..what happened?!

You either changed your current weight or how much you want to lose in a week. After you have lost so many pounds the site will ask you if you want to change your profile to your current weight. When I first started I was allowed 1920 calories, now I am allowed 1830. You should be fine.
  • The site adjusts your daily intake based on your weight. So if you updated your weight or input a new weight it would lower your daily intake. Or maybe if you changed how many pounds you want to lose per week. Say you change from 1 to 1.5 pounds a week, the site will lower your daily calorie goal.

If you want to make sure they are correct,go to MY HOME/GOALS and use the "guided" set up to make sure all your information, such as weight, activity level, etc, is accurate. It will recalculate your daily calorie goal for you.
