Hi, I am just starting .... I am 65 years old and have found it very hard to loose. Can use all the support I can get. Anyone else out there that is in the same boat as I am?

I'll be 65 in a few months, so yes, I'm in the same boat.
I just log in everything I eat and keep the calories down by watching portions.
It works!
Been on here since Jan 12 and have lost at least 1 pound every week.
You don't have to eat all that diet food; just eat what you want, albeit less of it.
Be faithful and honest, and the pounds will slip away.0 -
