TRAMPOLINE WORK OUT

Hi im Netty from the UK,only been using MFP for 2 weeks ,although i have been on my healthy eating plan since January and have lost a stone.Does anybody no how to log 60 mins on the trampoline with 200 knee stomach crunches,i cant find it in the exercise date base

    ye jumping with my knees bent ,small fast jumps for an hr and then knee crunches pulling my knees up as high as cani did 200 of them

    I just went in there and put *rebounding and it pulled up. Not sure why you can't find it.Sorry

    This is a two part thing. Go here:

    After you get your numbers, on MFP, go to exercise, my exercises, create exercise. I named mine "Rebounding". It is cardio. To know better what calories you are really burning, you'd need a good heart rate monitor.

    y can i not find rebounding or trampolining in the data base x
