Will be trying these! Do you know if it can be made with raisins and if so, can you use raisins instead of the sugar?0

Just a note for those of you (like me) who suck at following directions. It really is important to follow the sizing to get that many cookies out of this... I doubled the ingredients, thinking I'd end up double the amount, but it only made 20!!! The original recipe is supposed to make 25-27, so WTF??
The directions said to drop by the teaspoon and flatten slightly, instead I formed walnut sized balls of dough and flattened slightly. They cooked out to be no larger than a quarter in diameter, they are a little thick, but for 120 calories a piece, I hope they're good! (Then again, maybe I don't hope they're good, because that's a lot of calories for a little snack!)
I guess I should also note that that calorie count reflects substitution of sugar for honey, bc I was out of honey.0 -
These sound good! I'll try them with agave, maybe...0

Okay, I ate two about half an hour ago and they're surprisingly satisfying... sort of like a mini bread or a cake. (At least the way I made them). Not too sweet... and I think I may stay full for a while. I guess if they keep me full, it's worth the 240 calories as a snack.0

That sounds better than honey! And I'd definitely try the PB2 instead of regular peanut butter.0 -

Do you use just plain oats or do you cook them first? Sorry if this is a stupid question...I am not savvy in the kitchen! lol0
