Mon - Spin class 45min + 60min run
Tues - Swimming 45min
Wed - Run 50min
Thurs - Basic training 45min + yoga 60min
Fri - pilates 45min
Sat - Run 60min
Sunday rest day wooo0 -
How are people getting on with their plans for the week? I've had to juggle mines a little but still on track to complete everything as stated! Hoping for a good weight loss this week!!

How does the 30 day shred work? Mine arrived yesterday... I stuck to my plan so far this week but also got my kettlebell DVD in Had good attack then zumba class today and conditioning and combat thursday. Went on 11 mile bike ride wednesday. Back on nights tho now0

Last week, I did everything exactly like I planned....except on Friday I only had enough time to run a 4k instead of a 10k. I'll run a 10k either today or tomorrow, depending on if I have to take my son to the gym with me (I won't run when he's there because I'm afraid he might run over and try and get on the treadmill with me and hurt himself....he hasn't ever left the kids area yet, but if he ever did, the treadmill scares me too much cuz it takes so long to stop the track.... so I only do the elliptical when I have to take him...which is only once or twice a week, if that.) But yea. I'm down to post next weeks workout plan, I think it really helped me last week. Loved to see everyone else's as well!!! Such motivated people on here, I LOVE it

Mine is usually this:
Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri - 30 day shred, cycle to and from work
Tues - 30 day shred, cycle to and from work, horse riding lesson for 1-1.5hrs
Sat and Sun - 30 day shred. Maybe a cycle ride if the weather is nice
I have 15 or so days left of 30 day shred and then I'll be moving onto Turbo Fire - whoop whoop!!!!0 -

Friday: 1/2 hr Legs and Back

I am back to running tomorrow because I have a 5K on Sunday. I haven't run in 3 weeks, but this is what my weekly schedule looks like anyway (minus the running):
Monday - 8:30 am 2-3 mile jog and 6:30 pm 60-minutes Spin class
Tuesday - Day off or optional 6:00 pm 60-minute Spin class
Wednesday - 8:30 am 2-3 mile jog
Thursday - 6:00 pm 60-minute Spin class
Friday - 6:00 pm 60-minute Zumba class
Saturday - 9:15 am 60-minute Spin class
Sunday - Day off!!0 -
Hey everyone - well done to those of you who stuck to your plan! I didn't manage the shred everyday bit pretty much done everything else and lost 4lbs this week so there's def something in this exercise malarky!!! Lol
This week is:-
Sunday - 60 min body attack class
Monday - Rest (was babysittin my 2 yr old niece)
Tuesday - 60 min body step, 30 day shred
Wednesday - 30 day shred, 30 mins exercise bike
Thursday - 60 mins body step
Friday - 30 day shred, 30 mins exercise bike
Saturday - 6 mile walk
Sunday - 60 mins body attack, 30 day shred

I also have to fit in fifteen extra minutes most of those days, since I'm in a challenge to set goals for a week, and one of those goals is 45 minutes of workouts each day.0 -

Hows it going folks!! I haven't been able to the shred this week as im too shattered after other classes, nor did I manage my walk yesterday as buried my grans ashes so was quite a sad day and didnt feel like exercising!
Heres the plan for the week ahead:-

Wednesday - 6 mile walk, 30 mins on exercise bike
Thursday - Body Step
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - Body Pump, Swim

monday p.m. - 40 mins in fat burning heartrate zone on x-trainer at home
tuesday p.m. - 1 2 1 session with personal trainer doing weights
wednesday - complete rest - though probably end up 40 mins in fat burning heartrate zone on x-trainer at home
thursday a.m. before work - 50 mins RPM class
thursday p.m. - 40 mins in fat burning heartrate zone on x-trainer at home
friday a.m. - 30 mins x-trainer at the gym + a repeat of the 1 2 1 session from tuesday, reduced version though
saturday a.m. - 1 2 1 session with personal trainer doing weights ( take the wife out to dinner)
sunday - complete rest
seems like alot, but the x-trainer work in the fat burning zone really is very light and I'm targetting turning fat into lean muscle over the next month or so.

Wow! Reading everyone else's plan makes me feel wimpy!
I have a general goal of 5 miles walk/run per week, and a minimum of 5 hours of exercise. I want to be able to do a sprint triathalon, so I've been working on flexiblity and cycling recently. I don't own a bike so I've been working up to attending cycle(spin) classes at the gym. Last week was my first week in classes - and I went to three. I liked them, so this week's plan:
Today: Still haven't decided, but an hour of something (I had planned to run but a toe has been hurting today. It's feeling better, so I may still get in a run. If not I'll swim or cycle)
Monday: Yoga class 1hr
Tuesday: Run/walk 1 hour
Wednesday: Cycle class 1 hr;
Thursday: Cycle class 1 hr; Yoga class 1 hr
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Run/walk 1 hour0 -
I am doing P90X Phase 3 Week 2. Ready to finish up this round!0

Mostly stuck to what I had planned last week, had to do some rearranging, and took a rest day Sunday (the couch and my boyfriend's arms swallowed me and wouldn't let me go =P) but all the rest of the days I worked out. Including running 8km yesterday Here's this weeks plan:

I have stayed on track for the last 2 months with Spin. My runs have taken a back seat, but I try to get at least one in a week. This week, I am adding Body Pump to my routine to try and tighten up and tone my saggy c-section tummy!
Monday - Spin class for 60 minutes
Tuesday - Walking 3.5 mph pushing jogging stroller 40 minutes
Wednesday - Jogging 5K with jogging stroller and Body Pump class 60 minutes
Thursday - Spin class for 60 minutes
Friday - Spin (Using "My Spin Coach") for 60 minutes on my own
Saturday - Spin Class 60 minutes
Sunday - Off0 -
Monday - 55 min pump and 45 min balance
Tuesday - 30 min circuit/ conditioning, and 45 min combat
Wednesday - brisk walk
Thursday - 45 min pump, 2 hours Scottish dancing
Friday - 45 minute pump
Saturday - walk the dog
Sunday - circuits, if I can get the time! Weekends tend to be a bit crazy0 -
