can not understand why

i have been staying within my calories walking almost everyday about 2 miles a day and still have not lost anything i am still weighing the same as i have for weeks.. it is very fustrating...

    How long have you been doing this? And what is your speed when walking?

    Alot of times the body plateus when it gets comfortable doing the same thing. Maybe try jogging for 3 minutes walk for 5 minutes doing intervals. It will get your heart rate up and hopefully jump start your body to burn more calories :-)
