The concept is simple - move intentionally for 30 minutes every day for 30 days. The movement can be whatever you want, but it has to be intentional. You can move for 30 continuous minutes, or two 15 minute segments or three 10 minute segments.

Pick any activity you like, in fact liking it is a good thing. If you have fun, you will want to do it and will keep at it. So get out there and do a little Zumba, play some Wii Tennis, or whatever, just get out there and get moving.

I'm gonna do it and wanted to share with people here as well. All are welcome to participate and use this thread to touch base, mark progress, share results.
