The following is an article on the 30 Day Method. One woman tried it out for herself and had horrible results. 700 CALORIES A DAY IS NOT HEALTHY! Why try to get healthy on 700 cals when you aren't really getting healthy? I want peoples thoughts on this.

OMG huge article about this in the UKs The Mail on Sunday which is the weekend version of the The Mail. Certainly is not a good diet to follow.0

I've read that article, I just got given the book, and after reading that article I'm sort of sceptical of doing the diet menu. What I really wanna know is how much does the diet affect the results? If I do the cardio and muscle thingy but eat 2,000 cal or less will I get results. I guess not in the 30 days as promised by Tracy Anderson... obviously. Someone give me a hint! Please!0
