Are we going to start a new thread each week this one is getting pretty long already?

That is a good question Laurie...I say we should put it to a vote:
Yes - We should have a new thread for each weigh-in week. (New Thread)
No - We should stick to the same thread until it gets locked and are forced to make a new one. (Same Thread)
Lets keep in mind that we have A LOT of members in this group.
Of course there are always pros and cons. So I'll just name the top two that immediately pop into my head:
New Thread - people might not find the new thread and could have problems staying connected
Same Thread - you have to go through so many pages and you might miss important information and it could be overwhelming.
I am open to whatever the group decides. I have done challenges both ways before. PLEASE VOTE RIGHT AWAY...THE MOST POPULAR VOTE WINS.0 -

I vote yes,
Can always add the new thread to the end of the last one, so can easily find it. Much information will get lost and ?? won't be answered filtering through all of it.. There are alot of members here. Just to add to their topics just type bump if they have nothing else to add at the time Just my two cents worth..
I personally work 12 and 24 hours shifts and even to get get my food logged somtimes is a job.. Much less to sort throu 15 pages of post to see what I have missed... If this is also for support I think we should be able to find it easily.. Just my thoughts on it..0 -
By the way, with all my challenges I'm doing, I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with everything. It's going to take some time to get used to all these new challenges, hopefully just a week, and then I'll have everything equally sorted and can work on each and every challenge I have. Please, bear with me. I'm a little frazzled right now. :noway:0

I would love to sign up. I just started my fitness pal today. I need to lose all this baby weight i have gained thru my three pregnancies. I am registered with the easter challenge (april 24) for 8 pounds. I would like to lose a total of 20 pounds by summer.

I'm torn... a new thread every week would keep it easier to sort, especially if we are doing mini goal challenges.
Yet it is easy to find this one!

I changed my starting weight to what the wii scales said so I am not going by 2 different scales. I was weighing on the wii and the bathroom scale.0 -
it doesnt matter to me which way we do it. I have been adding the page as a favorite on my list as I go. Its pretty easy to see where I left off then when i am done reading again, i add it again and it just replaces it.0

i weighed in today, I lost .4lbs. Wish it was more, but a lose is a lose and that is a beautiful thing! I know that i need to get back on my treadmill and Turbo Fire is calling my name, time to put on my game face!0

I have been doing my weekly weigh ins at a work support group on Tuesday, but I am happy to move it to Thursdays for this challenge, as well. I am a serial "weigher"! I will find myself stepping on the scale everytime I go into the bathroom!! I have curbed it ALOT over the past year or so, so I am going to really challenge myself to to stick with this challenge this week! I will only weigh in on Tuesdays and Thursdays, for my work support group and our challenge here. Deep breath, here I go.....stay away from the scale!!! )0
